So That You May Believe

January 4, 2026 / Dr. Kenneth Bruce / Westwood Baptist Church

Jesus is Him
Dr. Kenneth Bruce
John 1:19-34

John the Baptist provides for us a pattern for our witness as followers of Jesus. Though we do not share John’s unique prophetic office or practice the same type of baptism he did, we can still learn from his life and ministry how to impact our world for Jesus.

Notice from John the Baptist’s ministry – 2 ways you can impact your world for Jesus:

1) the spotlight away from you (John 1:19-28)

2) all attention to Jesus (John 1:29-34)

Impact Point – Commit to being a in 2026 and beyond! (See John 1:34)
