We need to let Jesus, not the world nor a political party, our morality.

Why did Jesus tell the parable of the sheep and the goats?

#1 – He didn’t tell it to place upon our shoulders a false sense of guilt.

#2 – He didn’t tell it to make us think that we can solve world poverty once and for all.

#3 – He didn’t tell it to wreck our soteriology/understanding of salvation.

Jesus told the parable of the sheep and goats to help us .

When we see another human being only by the label the world has put on them and not as a human being created in the image of God who is deserving of our acknowledgement, our time, our care, and our generosity, we have failed to see Jesus and we have missed the heart of God.
