Last week: who’s your one? We narrowed down the number of people we will try to reach for Christ this year to one person, one person God puts on your heart.
Placed our name and our one on a card and laid it here before God, symbolizing our commitment and our desire for God to bring that one to Him this year.
This week and next, we’ll talk about the next step after identifying our one. It’s an essential one, a powerful one, and a God-backed one. Praying. Praying for our one.
This week we’ll try to answer the question, “Why should I pray for my one?” The goal is to help you see how important praying for your one is so that you’ll leave today determined to pray consistently and persistently for your one. We’ll even provide you a way to start off praying for your one over the next 30 days.
Next week we’ll work to answer the question, “How should I pray for my one?” What should be included in my prayers for my one? The goal would be to help you broaden your prayers for your one and leave equipped to pray effectively for the salvation of your one.
Both of these messages will be practical. They will encourage and equip you to be a prayer warrior in behalf of your one who needs to come to Christ.
