Hebrews 9:15

OBSERVATION

(What is this scripture saying?)

God has made an agreement with those who believe in Him that they will be blessed forever because Jesus died and wiped the punishment of our sins away!

APPLICATION

(How can I apply this scripture to my life?)

Parents, tell your child(ren):

When we believe in Jesus, we’re called God’s chosen people!
Do you believe in Jesus? Jesus died for our sins, so that we could have eternal life with Him!

Ages 4-6:

What is one blessing that God has given you? Draw a picture of it or write it down.

Ages 7-9:

Write 2-3 blessings in your life that you are thankful for! In your prayer thank God for those blessings.

PRAYER

(Parents: Have your child repeat this prayer or pray/write their own prayer.)

“Dear God, I am so thankful that You love us and that You see me as one of Your chosen people. Thank You for every blessing that You’ve given me. Help me to have a continuous attitude of gratitude! I pray this in Jesus’ name, amen!”
