1. FASTING IS ABOUT , NOT PERFORMANCE.

Blessed is he who hungers and thirsts for righteousness, for they shall be filled. (Matt. 5:6)I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger… (John 6:35)

2. FASTING WHAT REALLY CONTROLS US.

But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible… (Eph. 5:13, ESV)

3. FASTING CREATES FOR GOD TO .
