Apostolic Hub – AO is a spiritual, relational, and organizational center established and designed to evangelize, disciple, equip, train Christians with the ultimate goal of sending leaders into their God-appointed spheres of influence, particularly with a focus on advancing the Kingdom of God.
Layered Leadership – AO is led and overseen by various teams of Elders, Fivefold Leaders, and other Ministry Leaders who are progressively leading and serving with shared vision, spiritual authority, and the ability to identify people and their gifts, equip them for effective Kingdom representation, and send them forth into agreed upon places of ministry.
Fivefold Ministry Model – AO embraces the five leadership gifts (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher) given to the Church by Jesus. These leadership graces are listed in Ephesians 4:11, and are recognized and functioning at various levels here at AO for the express purposes listed in Ephesians 4:12-16.
Ephesians 4:11-16 – And He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, [12] to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, [13] until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, [14] so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. [15] Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, [16] from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
Word-Based Theological Commitment – AO holds fast to the written Word of God, the Bible, as our standard for faith and practice. We are unapologetically a Word and Spirit church and apostolic hub. We do not compromise God’s word in our theology, cultural understandings, politics, and private lives. We hold each other accountable to holding fast to God’s Word without mixture.
Training and Equipping Center – AO offers regular teaching, training, equipping, and impartation for Kingdom advance. Each Christian is uniquely gifted by God for Kingdom service. Each Christian at AO can be equipped if they desire via KINEO Ministry Training Center, regularly scheduled training classes, and ministry mentoring led by our Fivefold Leadership Teams.
A House of Prayer – AO seeks to both root and soak all who we are and all that we do in a culture of prayer. Our Tuesday 4-8PM weekly prayer gathering (Night Cry) is where God has revealed and activated the ongoing vision for the house. Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:30 prepare the people and the sanctuary for worship, encounter, and instruction.
Prophetic Flow and Discernment – AO is unapologetically committed to both the written word (logos) and the prophetic word (rhema). AO seeks to continually establish and refine a strong prophetic culture that helps maintain Kingdom purity, align with the vision of the house, provide unified direction so that all ministries move in the same direction, and to recognized and confirm individual callings.
Kingdom-Centric and Missionally Focused – AO is not primarily local church-centric but, instead, Kingdom oriented with a larger context for our messaging, planning, and commitments to ministry. Our goal is to go beyond the local church and endeavor to be those who are impacting cities, counties, and regions in all spheres of society.
Strategic Sending Center – AO continues to move deeper toward an emphasis on deployment, not just development. AO has been tasked by God with a call to send motivated, proactive, consecrated and committed individuals and teams into other cities, nations, and cultural spheres (marketplace & community).
Supernatural Culture – AO validates, pursues, and encourages miracles, healing, deliverance, and all the gifts of Spirit. AO Seeks to demonstrate the power of the Kingdom, not just teach it.
Relational Covenant – AO embraces a covenantal approach among its spiritual family members. AO builds relationships through love, commitments, spiritual alignment and mutual accountability rather than an institutional hierarchy. Honoring relationships are the glue, not any denominational structure. We are Elders-led per the Scriptures as we honor the leadership gifting of others who serve in other expressions of leadership gifting.
