1.  Send your grain across the seas  – Ecclesiastes 11:1 NIV

As Christians, we are committed to good works – Colossians 3:23-24 NIV

Our service to others reflects our love for the Lord

2.  In His time, God rewards our charity for the poor – Proverbs 19:17 NIV

God doesn’t keep His blessings from us

When we practice generosity, we are blessed for giving bread to the hungry – Proverbs 22:9 NIV; Proverbs 28:27 NIV
