God’s Vision for Us

• Cornerstone’s “VISION” statement is: Love God, Love People, both.
• Our financial capital campaign, therefore, is called the “” campaign!
• Our campaign booklet is like a that will show us directions along the way of our spiritual growth time of this campaign.

• The “SERVE” capital campaign starts now and culminates on Nov. as we receive three year pledges for it, as well as the pledges for the regular, yearly-budget stewardship campaign we do every year.

• Several Bible study groups are forming to dive deep into the SERVE material and grow together. Pastor Peggy can help you find one, AND there’s a new one being formed for Wednesday evenings 6:30 (with childcare!) – let her know and she’ll get you signed up.

Who does God want you to serve generously and share with in some way NOW?

• How do you view money? As evil? Prized? Able to give you ____?
• Where did you get your views of money?
• If talking about money makes you nervous or anxious, why is that?
• What’s your current giving situation: struggling through emergencies? Wanting to get consistent in your giving? Wanting to increase the amount of your giving? Wanting to increase the impact of your giving?
• Do you know anyone who tithes (gives away) 10% of more of their income? Have you ever known someone who did that and decided it was a bad idea and stopped?
• If you’re good at giving, what sorts of strategies, actions, or techniques have helped you to be so?
• What parts of the renovation project are you the most excited to support with your prayers (and perhaps with your finances)?
