1. DON’T say, “I know exactly how you feel.”
2. DON’T minimize their problems.
3. DON’T offer cliches.
4. DON’T try to dictate their emotions.
5. DO pray for them.

7. DO make time to be with them.
8. DO touch base regularly.
9. DO share encouraging

BIG IDEA: We can’t always remove people’s pain, but we can come alongside them as they hurt.
