1. Rest in God’s Authority
God is in control of what is out of your control.

2. Rest in God’s Protection
The storms in your life do not happen outside the protection of God.

Psalms 138:7 (NLT)
“Though, I am surrounded by troubles, you will protect me from the anger of my enemies. You reach out your hand, and the power of your right hand saves me.” (MULTILINE)

3. Rest in God’s Grace
– Failed in commitment
– Failed in integrity
– Failed in faith
– God knows your failures and has still written you into his future plan.

Romans 8:34 (NLT)
“Who then will condemn us? No one–for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.” (MULTILINE)

4. Rest in God’s Plan

Genesis 50:20 (ESV)
“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today. (MULTILINE)

Psalms 138:8 (NLT)
